Placing an order is easy. Browse through our collection, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re done, head to checkout to fill in your details and complete the payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before the order is dispatched. Just email or WhatsApp us and we’ll help you out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available within India for a processing fee of ₹99.
Can I track my order? How?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking details on email and WhatsApp. Just click the link to track it anytime.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across India. For international requests, write to us at hi@islandsofloom.com.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on prepaid orders within India. COD orders include a small handling fee of ₹99.
How long does delivery take?
We usually ship within 2 working days. Delivery takes 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Just email or WhatsApp us with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process and arrange pickup if needed.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 2 to 3 working days.

What fabrics do you use?
We use 100 percent organic fabrics that are GOTS certified, ensuring they’re safe for your skin and the environment.
Are your dyes safe for the skin?
Yes. We use OEKO TEX certified azo-free dyes that are non toxic and skin friendly.
How do I care for my Islands of Loom clothing?
• Wash in cold water
• Use gentle cycle if using a washing machine or hand wash
• Line dry or tumble dry on low
• Avoid harsh detergents and bleach
Where are your products made?
All our pieces are thoughtfully made in India by supporting local employment, fair wages, ethical practices, and a plastic-free supply chain.

Is your production process eco-friendly?
Yes. We work with responsible vendors who pay fair wages and avoid harmful processes. No plastic, no shortcuts.
Wellness & Skin-Friendly Clothing
Are Islands of Loom fabrics good for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our clothing is made with organic fabrics and azo free dyes that are breathable and free from irritants, making them perfect for sensitive skin.
Do your clothes contain synthetic chemicals or plastic fibers?
No. We avoid all synthetic treatments, plastic fibers, and chemical coatings. We source naturally finer fabrics that get better with use.
How does wearing natural fabrics improve well being?
Natural fabrics let skin breathe, regulate temperature, and carry fewer odour causing microbes. Several independent studies show polyester and other synthetics trap more heat, sweat, and bacteria, which can lead to discomfort and irritation.
